We can upgrade the Walsh 5 driver with the things we have learned developing the Walsh Mk-2 Series. We replace the original titanium super-tweeter with our new, unique vented aluminum super-tweeter to provide wider horizontal dispersion in the very high treble and increased power handling. We rebuild the main, full range, inverted driver including replacing the foam surround to give a smoother upper-midrange and extend its life span. We open up the protection circuitry to allow them to play louder before the protection cuts in (we've only had two burnt-out drivers in the whole production run). We provide an adapter that extends the bass tuning down to 20Hz from 25Hz.

All we need are your drivers. It takes about six weeks in the factory; so you will be without music for awhile. The upgraded drivers come with a 3 year limited warranty on parts and labor and cost $2000 per pair.
