The C3 was the last of the large bookshelf speakers with a 10'' vented woofer and two tweeters. This system used a slightly larger cabinet than prior models in the C series. It was more sensitive and could fill large rooms. The tweeters were in a vertical line and sounded nearly time aligned when listening directly in front of the woofer for an extremely transparent sound.
Upgrade Options:
New foam surrounds which are projected to last up
to 30 years can be factory installed when you return your C3s to us for a charge of $95 per pair (always done in pairs and matched afterwards).
Trade-In Options:
Ohm allows up to $895 for the return of a complete
undamaged pair of Ohm C3s toward 25% of the purchase price of new Ohm
speakers.
