The CAM and PRO 42 used an 8'' woofer and 12'' Passive Radiator in a large bookshelf speaker to produce super deep bass. They also used Ohm's unique EggTweeter (ET) to optimize the stereo image and ''open up'' the treble and midrange. Upgrade Options: The upgrade option available for the OHM CAM and PRO-42s is the addition of the SubBass Activator, which eliminates the drive below the speakers natural response to reduce distortion and clean up the deep bass. This allows for lower distortion, higher output and deeper bass, plus uses a self-resetting protection circuit. Trade-In Options: Ohm allows up to $850 for the return of your complete undamaged pair of CAM/PRO 42s toward the purchase price of new Ohm speakers.
