| The original Walsh 5 drivers can be upgraded to the Mk-2 Series. The main driver is upgraded which includes changing the foam surround to our new, better terminated one as well as going to the new vented soft metal dome super-tweeter. With the new driver comes a vent adapter and the 2 together extend the bass response down to 20 Hz. The new super-tweeter can handle greater dynamic range and has wider dispersion. The improvements are not major but are quite apparent on certain recordings. |
