| With this upgrade for small rooms you exchange the driver/mounting board assemblies. In a medium sized room, you also remove some of the stuffing from the cabinet and in a large room you replace all the stuffing with 2 thin sheets (provided in the kit) of damping/stuffing. This is a Walsh 200 Mk2 main driver without the extended treble response and while it matches the original Ohm Fs, it does not surpass it. You reuse your original cabinets and grills. For critical listening, you may want to listen without the grills or get a pair of the new, more acoustically transparent wood and wire grills at $130 per pair.
