Another Industry First From Ohm. Hybrid Powered/Passive Subwoofers. We at Ohm firmly believe full range speakers in the rear are required for music ambiance reproduction, rear bass effects on Dolby Stereo movies and prefer them on DTS and Dolby Digital movies. We have been encouraging independent subwoofers with our rear satellites for years. Now we offer two subwoofers with amplifiers to be driven off your Low Frequency Effects channel output and two passive channels to extend the bass of rear satellites into full range speakers. You can now order parts and upgrades in the Older Models section on-line, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please be sure to look at the footnotes about returned chassis for woofers. Many of them we need back in advance of shipping the upgraded version. When that is the case, please print out the order form and include it with the returns to expedite the shipment.
