The best place to evaluate any loudspeakers is in your own listening room. The character of your listening room (size, shape, objects in the room) will have a greater impact on the sound quality you receive than the electronics or sources, only the speakers will have a larger effect. Every room/speaker combination interacts differently. Ohm sells factory direct with a 120 Day Home Trial* program. This gives you enough time for the speakers to break-in (typically 30 days), and you can evaluate them in several different locations in your home. Anytime after 60 days of breaking-in and auditioning the Ohm speakers, if you find anything you would like changed in the speakers call and talk to Ohm's President, John Strohbeen. If he believes we can make a custom version to fit your desires, we will do it and send them to you at Ohm's expense. We ask you to invest another 30 to 60 days of auditioning of the custom speakers before making your final decision. We will extend the trial period as long as necessary for you to make an informed decision.

At anytime between 30 and 60 days of getting your customized Ohm loudspeakers, if you find another model you feel is a better value - buy it and return your Ohms for a full refund of your purchase price. We want you to be completely satisfied.
